We are always here to help. Whatever your query, we will be only too happy to take your call or answer your email. Our Customer Service line is open from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday and every email will be acknowledged and dealt with as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team can advise you on products, provide you with up to the minute information about your order or help you to navigate our site more easily.

Equally, it is always great to hear from happy customers, who are pleased with the service and products that they have received. You can leave product reviews on our website by clicking on the review link on the individual product page.

Click & Collect

At the checkout section of our website, you may now order to click and collect to our new outlet store at Riverbank, Old Grantham Road, Whatton-In-The-Vale, Nottinghamshire NG13 9FR. Please note, click and collect hours will be between 10am - 3pm on Monday - Friday. we will contact you when your order is ready for collection at the store.


Do you have a catalogue or brochure?
We are an online company and therefore you can view all of our products on the website. If there is anything in particular that you are looking for, please feel free to give us a call and a member of our team will be happy to talk you through the styles and options available.

I haven’t received confirmation of my order. Has it gone through?
You should receive a confirmation email after you have placed an order. However, on the rare occasion that an email is not generated, please do give us a call and we can let you know immediately if an order has been processed successfully. We can also check your details with you to make sure that we have the correct information.

If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
Absolutely. You have 30 days to return any unworn garments that are still in the original packaging. We will refund the item in full once it arrives back in our warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

Help. I’m not sure what size I need?
You should find size guides for each brand on the individual product pages. If you’re still unsure which size you require, then please give us a call and one of our team will happily discuss the sizing of our products with you.

What are the lead times for orders?
We endeavour to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and almost all of our products are sent out within two working days of receiving the order. However if an item is not currently in stock and we need to order it in as a special request, then you may be required to wait for up to a week. In all cases, you will be informed if there is a longer lead time than usual and notified of the expected dispatch date.
