STATEMENT REGARDING COVID-19.
We hope that you are keeping well, safe and following the Government guidelines during this terrible pandemic; The health & safety of our customers, employees and families continues to be of utmost importance to us.
We would like to keep you updated and let you know we are still here for you. Our offices are now open as normal Monday - Friday, between 9am and 5pm. However, to keep our employees safe, we are operating with limited staff during these times. Therefore please accept our apologies if there is a delay responding to any queries, or if you have tried to call us and had no answer. We will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible. Dispatching is now running as normal, so we will ship your order as soon as possible and it will leave either by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or DPD/Parcelforce for larger orders. These are typically 48 hour services. International Orders are now being accepted.
Any orders placed since 10th March 2020 now qualify for an extended returns period of 120 days; We know the thought of returning an item in the current climate is stressful, so we are hoping this makes life a little easier for you. Our standard returns policy rules do still apply.
