STATEMENT REGARDING COVID-19.

Following this weeks Prime Ministers announcement, we hope that you are keeping well, safe and following the Government guidelines during this terrible pandemic; The health & safety of our customers, employees and families continues to be of utmost importance to us.

We would like to keep you updated and let you know we are still here for you. Our offices are now closed, however you can still order from our website; Due to the current circumstances and the measures we have put in place to safeguard our staff, there will be only one member of staff in the building to dispatch orders on a Monday and Thursday via Royal Mail so please bear with us as your order may take slightly longer than usual.

The rest of our team is working remotely. So if you have any queries, please contact us on customerservice@asburyandpell.co.uk. We pride ourselves on our customer service, however there may be a little delay replying to you; Rest assured your queries will be answered though. If you would prefer to call, our phoneline will go through to a voicemail system and we will be able to return your call at our earliest opportunity.

Any orders placed since 10th March 2020 now qualify for an extended returns period of 120 days; We know the thought of returning an item in the current climate is stressful, so we are hoping this makes life a little easier for you. Our standard returns policy rules do still apply.
